This Omega wristwatch from 1950 is a true vintage gem. The 9k solid gold case is in good condition with only minor scratches and is hallmarked inside. It was crafted by Dennison, an English casemaker in Birmingham in 1951, in compliance with international restrictions on the movement of gold. The case diameter is 33.2mm (excluding the crown) so is about 1mm smaller than the average classic Seamaster. The crown is unsigned.

The dial has developed a lovely patina over time, adding to its character. The dauphine hands and sunken sub-dial at 6 o'clock are complemented by applied gold hour batons with Arabic gold printed numbers at 2, 4, 8, 10, and 12. The Omega logo is also applied in gold, and the brand name is signed in black.

This watch is powered by the Omega calibre 265 (a derivative of the legendary 30T2) and runs well. It comes with a used tan strap, completing its classic look. Your chance to own a piece of vintage watch history.
