I bought this fabulous stone whilst on a business trip to Thailand about 8 years ago. I was visiting an American geologist who was trading precious stones from his premises within The Jewellery Trade Centre in Bangkok. He always had interesting material, always something very special on offer. I saw the colour of these stones and had to have them (I bought the only three he had!). Sadly, he subsequently moved with his Thai wife to Japan!

Now set in 14k solid gold as a pendant and awaiting a new home!

Fully hallmarked from the Birmingham Assay Office, the oldest assay office in the world. Stamped with the "sponsors id - RCH, anchor mark for Birmingham and .585 for 14k gold. The natural stone was mined in Rajasthan, India is 1.16cts and beautifully faceted. It's a clean stone with no faults or inclusions visible to the eye. Trillion set. Hand made so don't expect perfect angles!

A unique piece of jewellery.
