This is a superb example of the 175 0043 Speedmaster with the top-performing Omega 1155 calibre movement.
The "reduced" reflects the case diameter of 39mm down from the normal Speedmaster 42mm. As a retailer of vintage Omega watches even this 39mm is relatively large!
The watch is in excellent condition with only very minor marks and certainly nothing that would challenge the eye. The white dial is unmarked and looks as it did the day it left the Omega factory. It's a chronograph with three sub-dials. The dial at 9 is the permanent small seconds. Depress the top pusher and the sweep seconds starts. The elapsed time is recorded on the dial at 12 for up to 30 minutes. The dial at 6 records for up to 12 hours. Depress the top pusher a second time to stop the sweep seconds hand and depress the bottom pusher to reset.
Complimenting the sweep seconds hand is the stick hour and minute hands. The hours are indicated by applied gold coloured batons. The minute index is in black and has further technical subdivisions. Printed in black is Omega, the Omega logo, Speedmaster and Automatic. There is a quick-set date at 3.
The bezel has a tachymetric scale. There are minor scratches and dents to this but they can hardly be seen with the unaided eye. The sapphire crystal is unmarked. The stainless steel case only shows very minor signs of use. The Speedmaster sign and logo on the case back are well defined.
Inside is the Omega calibre 1155 which runs well and its general condition reflects a watch that has seen little use.
The watch comes with a new good quality genuine leather strap (non Omega).
