This is a superb Omega Chronograph set in an 18k gold case all in exceptionally good condition.
The dial is exceptionally good for a watch that is nearly 60 years old and is reminiscent of one that has only been worn on special occasions. There are some spots however they are virtually invisible unless viewed under magnification. It has two sunken sub-dials. 30 minute counter at 3 o'clock and continuous small seconds at 9 o'clock. Rectangular start-stop pusher at 2 o'clock, reset pusher at 4 0'clock. Both the pushers feel 100% and to wind this watch is to sense just how beautifully the 320 movement is engineered. The riveted gold hour batons are topped with black. Hour and minute hands to match. Tachymetric scale 60 to 700. Minute circle to 1/5th second strokes.
The case and case-back are solid 18k gold and both are marked as such. The condition of both is very good with only very minor dints and scratches, hardly visible. Inside is the highly acclaimed Omega 320 movement which is presented in excellent condition.
Comes with a used brown leather non-Omega strap.
