An interesting vintage Omega Seamaster automatic with a rare Naiad crown.
Attractive aged dial with even patina. All original. Dauphine hands with sweep seconds hand. Applied arrowhead hour batons between applied Arabic numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12. Applied Omega logo with Omega, Automatic, Seamaster and Swiss made all printed in black. Fitted with a genuine Seamaster Naiad crown - this is rare.
The 33mm case is gold capped and whilst there are signs of wear, as you would expect with a 65-year-old watch, there is little sign of rub-through even on the lugs. The snap-fit case-back is made from stainless steel. It is marked waterproof. It never was! Indeed, today we would have called it water-resistant. It's not been pressure tested so best practice would be to avoid any water.
Inside is the in-house produced Omega 471 calibre and this runs exceptionally well.
The watch comes with a non-Omega genuine leather strap.
